Jilliann received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC-Chapel Hill. Fitness and Swimming have always been a passion of hers and here at Armfield she is able to avidly take part in both!

Monday-Thursday: 5:30AM-8:30PM; 
Friday: 5:30AM-5:30PM
(1st Friday of each month open until 7:30PM) Saturday: 8:30AM-3:30PM; Sunday: 1-4:30PM *Swim teams will be in the pool from 3:30PM-8PM Monday through Thursday & 3:30PM-5:30PM on Friday NO OPEN SWIM from

Aqua Fitness Descriptions
H20 Aerobics
Workouts combine a variety of techniques from land aerobics including: walking, running, jumping, cross country skiiing, and various other arm and leg movements. The workout may also incorporate flotation devices!

Splash N Sculpt
Combine cariovascular training and muscle conditioning for a great workout in the water with the use of pool noodles, shallow end, and deep end! Perfect for all levels!


Combines cardio and toning through methods of interval training, abdominal work, and muscle enduring activities!

Sink or swim in this aqua-bootcamp style class! Challenging pool workout that is guaranteed to get your hair wet & make you sweat! Circuits may include deep water work & burpees! Come make a SpLaSh with us!

Rise N' Shine Water Aerobics
Get Up & Get Fit! Gear up for this  morning class that will get you ready for the work day! An aerobic class for the early risers so you can kick off your day energized!
