Free Membership Drawing!
For each class you attend in October you will receive a ticket. You will also receive a ticket if you bring a guest. At the end of October, one ticket will be drawn to receive a free month of membership. This offer applies to current members, guests and potential members. So get to class and start earning tickets!

Teachers Express Class Starts on October 18!
This class is open to all members and guests. The first three Tuesday classes will be free (Oct. 18, Oct. 25, and Nov. 1st).
The class will be from 4:00-4:30 PM.

9:00 AM: H.I.I.T It!(A)

10:30 AM: Chair Yoga (A)

6:00 PM: Yin yoga (A)

This class is designed using HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training! Using short, intense drills youā€™ll get that heart pumping using just your body for one of the hottest training methods sweeping the nation! Just think Insanity and you get an idea of where we are going here... šŸ˜‰

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.

Yoga for Everybody
A blend of stretching and strengthening combined with a variety of relaxation techniques. This class will help you increase flexibility, improve balance, tone muscles, and reduce stress! All levels welcome!

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga can be considered an umbrella term to describe many of the most common forms of yoga taught in the West today. With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

A class specifically designed for older adults. This class starts with a warm-up and then moves to exercises to improve range of motion and muscular strength.

HIIT Cardio
This HIIT Cardio workout will provide a great full body workout that will keep your heart rate up!

Pilates Hiit
This Pilates and HIIT Cardio Blend, aims to bring you the heart-pounding, fat-burning cardio you love, mixed in with various Pilates and Pilates-inspired exercises..

Cardio Drumming
Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums AliveĀ® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain-affected benefits of music and rhythm.

Dance Mix with Tracie!
Who said burning calories couldn't be fun? Dance Mix Fitness is a cardio-packed dance-inspired workout that everyone will enjoy!

6:00 PM:Cycle (A)

Multi-Level Senior Yoga
Multi-Level Senior Yoga is an easy yoga class with the option of floor work or remaining in a chair. This class is geared towards Seniors but is great for beginners.

A class specifically designed for older adults. This class starts with a warm-up and then moves to exercises to improve range of motion and muscular strength.

Using the spin-bikes and black lights, this class is set to high-energy, fun music and will give participants a great cardiovascular workout. Bring a bottle of water and be prepared to sweat!

Online registration is required to reserve a bike for this class. Registration opens on Monday, prior to the class on Thursday. Please use the link below to register.

A land-based cardiovascular fitness class designed just for seniors that involves various equipment and more movement than Silver Sneakers! Low in impact but always high FUN!

Functional Fitness is not currently on our class schedule but may return at a later date.

Cardio/strength training combo that is built around functional movements. This class is designed to build muscle, increase stamina, and burn calories. All fitness levels are welcome as the instructor will assist in scaling movements as needed.
